To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the print laboratory.

 

Refunds

Send an email to me at phil@phil-law.co.uk with photos of any damage or quality control issues. I will offer to replace it free of charge or refund your original order for the item. If you have purchased multiple items in the same order but only have an issue with one of them, I will not refund shipping costs for the whole order. If you have only purchased one item, I’ll also refund shipping costs too. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This may take up to 10 days to show on your account.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your account where original method of payment you used is. The refund should show as coming from Phil Law Wildlife Photography on your statement, or PL Photos.

If the refund is still not showing, contact your original method of payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at phil@phi-law.co.uk.

 

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at phil@phil-law.co.uk.

If you are not entirely satisfied, I will offer to refund your purchase instead.
